I walk alongside others to help their inner light shine bright! I design rich and unique experiences to heal traumatic stress, get clear about who we are, and live within the body of Christ as the loved treasure we are. I build true community where people can live authentically in their brokenness. I myself needed holistic healing to treat complex PTSD - it was in the arms of Jesus, around fellow loving souls, in nature, through music and art, and being around horses led me to true inner healing. I now design and lead those very experiences for others! - Advanced trauma therapy utilizing faith and more to heal from within and finally experience inner freedom! Youth and adults; PTSD is my most advanced specialty including high-risk behaviors and those experiencing the criminal justice system. azbrokenarrow.com/freedomfromtrauma - Healing with traumatized horses 6 week group therapy series. A Little About Me:
I am a nationally certified trauma therapist, holds her independent license, is a AZBBHE certified supervisor of associate level therapists, and obtained two master’s degrees from ASU (MSW and MPA). I am a builder and healer – spearheading the creation of supportive spaces for people to heal, grow, and shine like the incredible people they are (yes that’s you too!) I'm is strong and wise, yet it is my heart and spirit that offers sacred space where people can truly be seen and heard. I certainly live life with a big smile, humor, compassion, and a fire to serve. I've walked through the fire of life’s trauma. I've been on the other side of healing and as healer. I knows what’s it like to be wracked with anxiety, PTSD, and insecurity, uncertain of my own unique gifts and talents. That’s why I has allied with AZ Broken Arrow Wranglers and Rite of Passage Equine Therapy and created Shine His Light LLC, a place dedicated to offer emotional freedom, healing, and self-discovery connecting people to a broader community of support. Using the 10+ years of professional experience, and 30+ years of personal experience, I developed Shine His Light to be a place for the lost and hurting. In my time away from leading healing adventures for others, I am a lover of nature myself and enjoy all of the Arizona seasons. I use nature as real medicine and you can find my hanging out by the Salt River, hiking, biking, kayaking, paddle boarding, skating, and being close with God. I am definitely working daily to increase Bible literacy. I am a part of my church community, Bible study, family support system, as well as professional and personal friendships along with a dedication to rescuing feral cats. And when life is balanced, I am an avid reader. I'm a West Virginia native where my roots go back generations. Arizona has been my home for the last 25+ years and my appreciation for the beauty of the desert continues to grow.

A Little About Me:
Even as a young child, I always knew I was going to be a “helper” of some kind. Throughout my life, I have consistently sought opportunities to help others heal and grow. Many years ago I read a quote, “Be the person you needed when you were young.” This prompted me to volunteer as a mentor with pre-teen to teenage girls. These mentorship roles have taken me all the way to South Africa and Guatemala as a mission trip leader and to multiple local Starbucks for long heartfelt, life changing conversations. I’ve learned through mentoring that we all may need a “helper” at some point. I consider it a great honor to play any part in the healing that takes place. I believe that every person has immeasurable value beyond what human eyes can see. As a counselor, I strive to help clients find a strong sense of personal value and cultivate a healthy emotional resilience. I am blessed with the opportunity to work alongside people that have taken the very courageous step to seek counseling.

A Little About Me:
I believe taking the step to reach out and ask for help is the bravest thing we may ever do. As we unpack the shame, anxiety, anger, trauma, and depression together, you will learn tools for living authentically; transforming the way you love, live, lead, and parent. I feel honored to take part in your healing and to have clients trust me with their stories. We all need to be heard and to belong.
While I have 12 years of experience as a therapist, I continue to actively seek out opportunities for specialized certifications and higher learning. I want to show up for you. As a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) through IITAP, I work with partners with betrayal trauma and those with sex and pornography addiction. I am a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator (CDWF) based on the research of Brené Brown and I am approved to work with individuals and groups facilitating her curricula: Daring Greatly™, Rising Strong™, The Gifts of Imperfection™, and BOLD™ (Teens). Further information is available at brenebrown.com. I am trained to work with individuals using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), a proven modality used for PTSD and trauma. I became a Supervisor (in 2015) and then Clinical Director (2023) at Family Strategies Counseling Center.
When I’m not working, I love spending time with my husband and our six great kids! While five of our adult children are spread out all over the world (Alaska, Hawaii, Tennessee, Oregon, and Utah), we still have our youngest at home. We love any time we can get with each of them. My self-care favorites are traveling with my husband, seeing movies when they come out, hiking, scuba diving, sharing good travel deals, and anything water or beach related.

A Little About Me:
Randi Gray Counseling has several anchor points that guide and direct our work with clients.
First. Randi Gray Counseling is a trauma-focused practice. At the core of what we value is creating a way for people to process the root
causes of some of the symptoms they are experiencing. Our clinicians are trauma-informed and well-trained to work with the traumatized nervous system. It is paramount for us that people can process their traumatic experiences without being retraumatized or going too deep too fast. We emphasize laying the proper foundation before entering that deeper level of work. Second, outside of trauma work, individuals need to understand what it takes to live a lifestyle promoting emotional and mental wellness.
Achieving and maintaining mental and emotional health requires adequate education, practice, and support. There are multiple areas that people need to acquire awareness of as it relates to mental and emotional well-being. One of the first areas is assisting clients to cultivate a thorough list of healthy coping skills and self-care practices. These tools and practices range from breathing exercises, yoga, meditation, mindfulness practices, tools for processing emotions and stressors, healthy patterns of thought, engaging with friends and family, practicing hobbies or outdoor activities, etc. The list we cultivate for each client includes unique skills and practices that fit their interests, talents, and goals. We maintain an awareness to be an action-oriented practice where clients leave each session knowing what they are working on, practicing, or implementing. It is essential for clients to be actively engaging in their wellness journey, and we support them in this process. All the counselors at Randi Gray Counseling will cover these anchor points. This is our foundational work with the clients we see because we know that all other work and the deeper level work we will do is hinged on the anchor points. We also know that this work is critical to emotional and mental wellness. All the counselors work proficiently with symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma-related experiences, grief, and self-esteem issues and concerns. Lastly, one of the other significant areas that must be identified and addressed for achieving and maintaining emotional and mental wellness is often rooted in relational patterns and experiences. Individuals will have difficulty maintaining mental and emotional health if, for example, they do not have a healthy understanding and corresponding patterns of behavior for setting and maintaining healthy boundaries, they do not understand emotional maturity, or they lack the ability to implement healthy assertiveness and the ability to practice healthy communication patterns. Additionally, individuals struggle to achieve and maintain emotional and mental wellness if they are currently practicing codependency patterns of behaviors, unhelpful or unhealthy patterns of thought, or lack emotional regulation skills and abilities.

A Little About Me:
Life is unpredictable and challenging at times, yet there is hope. Sharing your story requires courage. I believe therapy is a dynamic process that, while occasionally difficult, leads to positive transformation and growth. I intend to collaborate with clients to build greater self-compassion and awareness of their values and goals, allowing them to uncover and live more authentic lives. I strive to recognize your strengths and wounds and work with you to discover the best path forward. It takes bravery and determination to embark upon a therapeutic relationship, and I am honored to be a part of your journey.
I am currently a student at Ottawa University, pursuing a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling. I currently hold bachelor's degrees in communications and elementary education, and I find joy in learning and helping others. I was an educator for a number of years and discovered that my passion lies in creating a safe space for individuals to share their stories and help guide them through challenges in life, ultimately building a more resilient foundation for personal identity. I am trained in treating acute stress and trauma and use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Positive Psychology with clients.
In my free time, I like to golf, hike, travel, and spend time with family and friends. I also value having time for myself to decompress and relax through reading, journaling, and painting.

A Little About Me:
Helen Keller once said, “Although the world is full of suffering, it is full also of the overcoming of it.” Although the ways in which we suffer may vary, part of the human experience is experiencing great pain. It can be hard to decide to face that pain in therapy. I appreciate the bravery of all who have stepped into my office and given me the honor of sitting with them in their healing.
I have worked in the mental health field for 11 years, with nine years as a Marriage and Family Therapist. I recognize that viewing a person in the context of their relationships (family, friends, coworkers) can not only bring about individual changes but impact these systems as a whole. I am a Registered Play Therapist and have training in Sand Tray Therapy. I use these approaches to help children work through painful experiences using their primary language: Play! I am certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) using this for both children and adults to process past traumatic experiences and decrease the responses to the reminders of these negative experiences. I am an EMDRIA approved consultant for those wishing to work towards EMDR certification. I also work as a Supervisor with Family Strategies providing group and individual consultation for therapists working with children and families.
Outside of the office I enjoy anything outdoors with my husband and our two Huskies. We like to spend our time with our families, including our nine nieces and nephews. I enjoy reading, art, travel, and scuba diving.

A Little About Me:
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am humbled and honored to be of assistance to those working toward restoring their emotional health. I know it takes courage to admit the need for additional support and even more courage to be vulnerable enough to do the work. When we find that courage, though, the relief can be invaluable! It is such a privilege to help clients make these changes and it’s an honor I never take for granted.
I have roughly 15 years of clinical experience in the mental health field. I integrate multiple, diverse modalities in my holistic therapeutic approach, and care very much about the individuality of each client “customizing” my training to make the experience as comfortable as possible. I am trained in level one and level two of Eye Movement, Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and specialize in working with those who have experienced traumatic events and are struggling to “move on” or reduce their emotional reactivity to these events. I also work closely with those struggling with symptoms of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder or PTSD (many of whom do not even realize they have this; they just know they feel very low and alone). In addition, I also work with those who have experienced religious abuse/neglect and a loss of community while still trying to maintain and define their individual spirituality. My goal is to help all of these clients realize that by verbalizing our struggles we are not getting stuck in them – quite the opposite in fact. When we shine a light on them in a neutral, supportive, non-judgmental environment we give these emotions the attention and care they need. Then we are more open and ready to apply the healing techniques that can help us feel more balanced and bring us some much needed relief!
On a personal note I have four beautiful children and two grandchildren, so far. I love to travel, read, spend time with those I love and most of all– I love to laugh!

A Little About Me:
We all experience anxiety or sadness at some point in our lives. Whether these feelings are related to a longstanding challenge, life transition, or a new stressor, we can be left feeling overwhelmed and stuck. My goal is to help you confront, cope, and recover from difficulties, no matter the specific challenge that you face, so that you can live life more fully. I understand that the idea of therapy can seem intimidating, and I see your decision to engage in treatment as a true testament to your strength.
My specialty is working with children, teens, and their parents. I have specialized training in play therapy through the Arizona Association for Play Therapy (AZAPT) and particularly enjoy working with those diagnosed with ADHD. Parents frequently ask me: Why does it take my child 30 minutes to start their homework? Where are these outbursts coming from? Why do I have to repeat myself four times just to get my child to get off the computer? Parenting kids with ADHD is difficult, trying, and downright frustrating at times. ADHD brains can be unpredictable, inattentive, and emotional…all at once! My goal is to come alongside parents of children diagnosed with ADHD and guide them as they navigate 504 meetings at school, emotional dysregulation, and the social rejection that often accompanies ADHD. Further, I aim to educate parents and children alike in the neurology of ADHD so that through increased understanding, parents and their kids feel more in control of their symptoms.
I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques, Dialectical Behavioral skills, and Solution-Focused approaches within a broader Family Systems framework.
Regardless of the particular framework I use, I strive to create a trusting and safe relationship with each of my clients.

A Little About Me:
Through a comprehensive approach, I work with families, couples, and individuals to create safety and security in their relationships. Having the privilege to come alongside this population has increased my passion for working with both adults and children in regard to abuse, shame, and freedom from their respective pasts.
I specialize in addiction, trauma, and marital therapy, which includes family and marriage counseling, adolescent counseling, divorce care, re-marriage, blended family issues, sex addiction, screen addiction, compulsive behavior, and general mental health. To best understand the family, it is necessary to look at it in its entirety – not just at one or some of the parts.
My emphasis on quality counseling is based on professional training and is continually being expanded through ongoing involvement in the continuing education process through seminars, research, supervision, networking with other professionals, and personal reading and study. I will implement various techniques and tools in a manner specifically tailored to each individual and family unit.
I am a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT), Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy trained (EFT), Gottman-trained couples therapist, and am EMDR trained for treating complex trauma. In addition, I am a certified Prepare and Enrich facilitator, which gives me a focus on premarital and marital growth and connection.
On a personal note, I am a doctoral candidate focusing on studying group therapy and its effectiveness in treating sexual addiction and compulsivity. I am an adjunct instructor of behavioral health at the university level, and I enjoy hiking, reading, and attending concerts.

A Little About Me:
Getting into counseling can be a little daunting, especially with all the stigma that could surround it. If you’re reading this then you have considered or have decided to see a counselor for guidance, for a difficult moment in your life, to work on communication with your partner, for changes that are happening good or bad, or even as an investment in your mental health. It is important that you know that you are not alone and that you are one of the brave ones that have taken this step to invest in yourself and/or in your relationship.
I am fluent in English and Spanish with Spanish being my first language. I received my master’s in Christian Counseling from Grand Canyon University in 2018 and my bachelor’s from Arizona State University. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (A.R.T.) and trained in Gottman couples therapy. I believe in the importance for my clients to receive the best evidence-based therapeutic experience.
When I am not working, I love spending time with my husband, three kids, and my adorable Goldendoodle. I enjoy going on trips with my family, reading, and watching good action movies.

A Little About Me:
My experiences have led me to a passion for helping others. I was able to heal through difficult personal circumstances by working to turn them into tools of self-empowerment. Through this journey, I’ve discovered purpose. My goal is to
provide a safe, respectful and healing environment to support personal growth. My aim is to not just do something for you but rather be something for you while assisting in your own healing process.
I completed school with a M.A. in Counseling with Ottawa University. I have worked in community behavioral health, mainly helping children and adolescents maneuver difficult life challenges. I have had the honor and privilege of seeing many of my clients and their caregivers overcome traumatic situations and build safe and happy environments.
When I’m not working, I am busy with my husband and our five teenagers. Our family has experienced many things including blending families, divorce, adoption, ADHD, and PTSD, just to name a few. Some of my favorite things are the beach, hiking, paddle boarding, going to the movies, and spending time with my family.

A Little About Me:
Life experiences can potentially bring out the absolute best in each of us. The ability to grow, restore, flourish, and achieve resiliency from these experiences produces a meaningful life. My objective is to broaden the therapeutic experience to embrace growth and personal development where desired. I believe in the power of hope and becoming and will provide a place to feel safe and validated without judgment. I have an earnest desire to help and work with you to find healing, resolve conflict, let go of anger, dispose of shame, and to find and know peace. I use an attachment theory approach and have acquired specific training in emotionally focused therapy (EFT).
I work with families, couples, and individuals to dramatically increase emotional awareness and gain a clear understanding of the meaning behind behaviors. My area of focus is well rounded from those struggling with self-esteem, depression, anxiety, abuse, and neglect, to those who struggle with addictive behaviors, or those working through conflict between partners, siblings, and parent-child. I am specifically trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) which is proven to help those who have experienced any form of trauma or who feel stuck, by replacing distressing images with positive ones and becoming free from intrusive thoughts.
I have been married to my supportive wife for 33 years and we are the parents of ten children. I keep busy outside of seeing clients running a retail business that I have owned for the past 28 years.
I can offer sessions in both English and Spanish.

I believe the purpose of therapy is to empower individuals to recognize that they are enough and they already have the tools within themselves to thrive. I strive to meet you where you are at and provide a safe, validating, and welcoming place to explore and process your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. It is my desire to both sit with you in the lows and celebrate with you at the highs and make space for the breadth and depth of those feelings.
I completed a Master’s in Social Work from Brigham Young University with specialized certifications in Trauma-Informed Social Work Practice and School Social Work. I am primarily a trauma-based therapist and utilize EMDR, Attachment-based work, Play therapy, Trauma-informed cognitive behavioral therapy, Acceptance and commitment therapy, and Sand tray therapy.

A Little About Me:
From the cradle to the grave, we are wired for connection. I view mental health challenges to be a byproduct of disconnection. No matter where you are in life, I will meet you there! We will create goals and a game plan that fits your needs and desires. I consider myself to be attachment-based, emotionally-focused, and trauma-informed. Our attachment experiences and bonds with significant others manifest our perceptions of worthiness, lovableness, and self-image. Imbalanced and unpredictable experiences in the absence of emotional safety can leave us stuck with a negative self-view, as well as feelings of inadequacy, unlovableness, and a lack of mattering. Rest assured, I am safe, secure, and reliable as your therapist. You can expect significant self-development and growth working with me. Therapy is a place for transformation: both doing and undoing.
With my specialized training in Marriage and Family Therapy, you can expect a holistic, integrative approach to treatment that is tailored to you. My passion is to have you embrace the current system you live in and break through the cycles that are keeping you stuck. Allow me to reiterate: you are not sick, developmentally delayed, or doomed…you are stuck. I believe that everyone is capable of healing and thriving within the right environment.
I currently have training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (Externship), Gottman Method Couples Therapy (Levels 1 and 2), and Accelerated Resolution Therapy. I’m passionate about working with couples, families, and individuals (13+). Although these are the primary models of therapy I use to treat many issues, I consider myself to be eclectic and holistic.
In my free time, I enjoy binging new TV shows, traveling, reading, being active outside, and spending quality time with friends and family. If you are interested in working with me or have any questions, please reach out for a free consultation! We think differently when we are alone…make that call/send that email. Your courage is seen with me.

A Little About Me:
Making the decision to speak with a counselor is no small feat. That’s why I treat each and every client I see with unbridled compassion from the onset of our conversations. My goal has, and always will be, to create an environment where people feel comfortable, safe, and most importantly, heard. I consider myself eternally grateful to have been placed in a position to help and support others. Together, we will not achieve perfection, but there will always be meaningful forward progress.
I served in the United States Navy for 11 years as a combat air reconnaissance aircrewman. I grew up in many ways during 13 detachments overseas, and inadvertently found my true calling. I was 26 when I enlisted, and therefore was always the eldest amongst my recruits, classmates, and squadron shop members. Eventually, I became a mentor to many of the younger aircrewmen, in no official capacity, but I realized that I was comfortable listening to them, and they were comfortable sharing with me. A true sense of purpose was born in me from that moment forward. I completed my bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Brandman University and a master’s degree in mental health counseling from Southern New Hampshire University. I am a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and am awaiting my Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) licensure from the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.
Personally, I raise my young son with my wonderful partner of nine years. My son is on the autism spectrum. Since his diagnosis, I have obtained two years of experience working with that particular population in order to increase my understanding and awareness. I would choose doing something in nature over any other activity, and still can conquer difficult hikes despite an increasingly creaky body. I continue to participate in athletic competition (soccer, golf, and volleyball), and I have an entire Rolodex of movie quotes committed to memory.

Change is constant and often uncertain and uncomfortable. I believe it takes a great amount of bravery and vulnerability to create and embrace change in our lives. Because of my own personal life experiences, I have a strong passion for this helping profession. It brings me great joy seeing others live up to their truest potential. I believe we all deserve to feel seen and heard as we navigate difficult phases in life. My goal is to create a safe space where together we can explore and maneuver through life’s challenges.
I am currently working on a Master’s of Arts in Counseling at Ottawa University. After completing my undergraduate program in Addiction Counseling and Psychology from Ottawa, I had the opportunity to work at a residential substance use treatment facility. I worked with individuals and their families to gain a better understanding of, cope with, and practice recovery techniques from all substance use disorders and other mental health concerns. I like to use an integrative approach to therapy and will pull from many of the evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Gestalt therapy to suit the needs of my clients.
When I am not working or “schooling”, you will find me spending time with my four teenage children, spoiling our dog, or sitting in a cold plunge. I also find great joy in all different types of music, especially when it’s live.

Life is an incredible expedition encompassing a multitude of obstacles, ranging from simple to complex. My purpose is to equip you with resources and tools to conquer these challenges. As a devoted mother of two, I have encountered many obstacles throughout my journey. Recently, with the expansion of my family to a total of seven, I have personally discovered that from loss can arise tremendous growth and immense happiness.
I have been fortunate to embrace the beauty of two distinct cultures. My fluency in Farsi has granted me the ability to connect with a wider community, creating an environment conducive to profound learning. Irrespective of our origins or cultural backgrounds, each obstacle we confront has the potential to transform into a priceless experience.

She has a warm approach that makes her easily relatable, and she has effectively helped clients through trauma with EMDR online. She has worked in the field of education as an elementary educator, special educator, school counselor and grant coordinator for over 20 years both in the state of Arizona and Vermont.
A Little About Me:
Kristen is kind and fun to be around. She is particularly fond of blue butterflies, for their symbolism of transformation – that anything is possible. She also loves coffee! Having gone through and overcome many hardships of her own – including an ongoing battle with chronic illness as well as healing from past traumas, Kristen has learned what a gift it is to have someone listen to you and hear your story. She loves all people, but through making the Apache reservation her second home back in 1998, and finding the love of her life there, she has grown to love these noble people and respect their culture, and greatly desires to serve them in any way she can.

A Little About Me:
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and supervisor. I enjoy working with individuals, couples and families as well as mentoring young clinicians to being the best therapist they can be based on their unique experience and gifts. I believe people are courageous to face their individual and relationship challenges. I find people are amazingly resilient and capable of healing, growth and change even from the most egregious experiences. I believe my role as a therapist is to collaborate with my clients toward a more desirable future and provide a safe, non-judgmental, supportive environment that nurtures growth and healing. We are all a part of a greater whole and are influenced by others, including our family of origin, current relationships, society and culture; therefore, I approach therapy from an integrative holistic perspective. I am trained by EMDRIA approved program in EMDR working with individuals with unresolved trauma, first responders and military. Growing up in a military home, I know first hand the repercussions and continued trauma caused by undiagnosed or untreated PTSD. I also work with police, fire and medical personnel clearing calls, processing disturbing events and managing transitions back to home life after difficult shifts. I am also trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and enjoy working with couples who desire to improve their communication and increase emotional connection. I have a passion for working with people to overcome things that have them stuck whether it is just going through a life transition, managing anxiety or depression, healing Acute/Chronic PTSD, or something in between.

A Little About Me:
I was born and raised in Pennsylvania, where I attended college and graduate school. At the start of my career, I worked with children and their families in homes, schools and the community as a behavioral consultant and school counselor. After moving to AZ with my family in 2009, I was a SAHM until my 4 children were in school and then returned to my career as a school counselor along with private practice counseling. I find it a privilege to walk with others through their healing and towards their individual goals. I love reading, sports, being in nature, travel, good conversations and laughs, and being with my family.

A Little About Me:
Hello there! I’m Garrett Bedford, a therapist on a mission to help you climb life’s emotional mountains—whether the struggle is trauma, anxiety, relationship struggles, depression, or the wide array of addiction. With a master’s degree in Social Work from ASU and experience as a wilderness therapist at Anasazi Foundation, I’ve weathered the storms of both rugged terrain and teenage turbulence. My greatest desire is to help you discover how to live with a heart at peace. I specialize in guiding individuals and families through the maze of emotional challenges. Think of me as your personal GPS for navigating tricky relationships and self-esteem issues—minus the annoying “recalculating” voice. If you’re ready to turn emotional chaos into calm clarity let’s chart a course together. You don’t have to face this journey alone—I’m here to help! I work with children, teens, and adults. I specialize in working with the neurodivergent and LGBTQIA communities. I also have specialized training in EMDR for trauma and ERP for OCD and anxiety. Prior to being a therapist I worked as a child protective services case manager. So I have a passion for working with children, adults, and families currently or previously involved with child welfare services. I, also, have a passion for working with children, teens, and adults going through divorce or separation, as well as women or moms struggling with imposter syndrome or lack of confidence or self worth.
A Little About Me:
I am a mother of 2 children, an 8 year old daughter, and an 11 year old son. I enjoy spending time with them volunteering in class, at a trampoline park, or water park. I am the oldest of 3 siblings. My sister currently lives in Prescott Valley, AZ and my brother lives in Mesa, AZ. I come from a blended family. My parents divorced when I was 4 and my mom remarried when I was 7. I was originally born and raised in San Diego, CA, but have lived in beautiful AZ for 13 years. My availability to see clients is mainly between 9am and 3pm when my children are in school.
